With Spain deep in crisis mode & elections for President/Prime Minister coming up tomorrow, I sat back last night & thought about how things were so different when I lived in Cádiz in 1998-99.

I’ll be the first to admit that seeing a 40-year old man carrying a tiny stuffed bear in his pocket is a bit odd. But before passing judgment, get the full story.

Last year I recognized the benefits of being unemployed… mainly the ability to start new projects. Although it took more work than expected, our vision has finally become a reality. Endless Mile is now live!

Regular readers know that I’m big on resolutions for the new year, making lists, and love ticking off completed items. While I definitely have goals to accomplish in 2011, I’ve decided to stop being so rigid about it. This was probably the year I’ve most traveled in my life… & that’s saying something.

Very few celebrities affected my life the way Michael Jackson did, & it all comes down to time & place. His rise in popularity coincided with my own growth from kid to teenager to young adult. Although it may sound corny, Michael Jackson wrote a lot of the soundtrack of my life.
